he upper apartment is located in the air-conditioned attic. There are four bedrooms available in this apartment. In the first bedroom there is one double bed and one single bed. In the second and third room there is a double bed and a 160 cm wide pull-out bed. In the fourth room there is a double bed and a bunk bed. There are also three bathrooms with showers and a spacious common room with a TV, a dining table and an equipped kitchen. 

Together with the upper apartment, you can use the ground-floor rooms with a gym, sauna and a table tennis table, with the possibility of parking bicycles, storing skis, a small kitchen area where you can bring in refrigerated tap equipment, and a toilet.

You will also have access to the entire garden with a children’s sandpit, a small seating area at the entrance and a covered seating area with a grill in the former barn.

The garden offers a view of the Velhartice castle and the mill drive from the river Ostružná, which is adjacent to it. In the immediate vicinity of the house, you can use the municipal multi-functional playgrounds, which are freely accessible, and a tennis court that can be used for a fee. In case of bad weather, it is also possible to arrange the rental of the neighboring school gymnasium with a gym.
